Scribbles Technical and Commercial Writing is owned and operated
by Paul Papa. A graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Paul has a Bachelor of Science degree in Workforce Education with a concentration
in English.

Paul has been writing business and commercial materials for more than 15 years and has helped organizations obtain additional funding through grants. Most notably, the University of Nevada Las Vegas Center for Workforce Education's 1.5 million dollar Homeland Security Grant.

With a strong background in training and education, Paul has created curriculum and developed training materials for many prestigious companies, including Fortune® 500 companies.
